I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. They even gave me a complimentary glass of Prosecco upon arrival. The Ti Amo suite was incredible, with a covered hot tub that can be enjoyed even in bad weather. The steam room and jacuzzi bath were also wonderful. The hotel is located between Bowness and Windermere, both within a ten-minute walk, offering plenty of restaurants and bars. The breakfast was great, with the added bonus of Prosecco available at the table. it was a fabulous experience.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, being only a short walk away from the local shops and some lovely restaurants. We loved that it was within walking distance of both Bowness and the city center. The staff were incredibly welcoming and accommodating, and we were greeted with a glass of Prosecco upon arrival. Our room was brilliant, with a spacious bedroom, a large shower in the bathroom, a separate living room, and even a spa room. The hotel even surprised us with a card and chocolates for our 10th wedding anniversary. The breakfast and evening meals were delicious, and we were impressed with the overall luxury and privacy of the spa facilities.

We had the most amazing stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff was extremely friendly and welcoming, even offering us a complimentary glass of prosecco. The room was outstanding, with top-notch facilities such as a jacuzzi bath and a TV sound system that was perfect for relaxing after a long day exploring the nearby lakes. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the location was ideal as it was within easy walking distance to a small town and near the lakes. Additionally, the breakfast provided was delicious, and the staff was always helpful and attentive.
