The hotel is in a fantastic location, situated in the smartest area of this city, at the bottom of a charming hill. It's just a short walk away from the park and the main shops, making it convenient for exploring. The staff are excellent and very friendly, providing a high level of customer care. I was particularly impressed with the receptionist, Cee, who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. The hotel facilities are top-notch, with a newly refurbished room that was clean and comfortable. I also appreciated the on-site parking, which allowed me to come and go as I pleased. The restaurant, attached to the hotel, served delicious food and offered a 25% discount, adding to the overall positive experience.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was excellent, right in the heart of the city centre. The hotel's central location in a charming area made it easy for us to walk to local facilities. The boutique feel and excellent value for money added to our positive experience. We enjoyed the amazing food and good selection of wines at the Fat Badger brasserie. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

The location was also great, situated in a beautiful area just across from the Montpellier Quarter of this city. We particularly enjoyed the delicious food in the restaurant, both for dinner and breakfast. The hotel facilities were excellent, and the attached bar had a good choice of beer. The easy check-in and out process, as well as the option to order drinks via a QR code, were convenient features. Additionally, parking in the hotel's own car park was hassle-free, with plenty of spaces available.
