We were pleasantly surprised by the spacious and well-equipped accommodation. With two bedrooms, each with a sink and TV, comfortable beds, and fresh linens, it was a thoughtful and comfortable stay. The hotel exceeded our expectations with its modern and clean premises, mixing traditional decor with a touch of modernity. The owner warmly greeted us and provided us with plenty of information, even before our arrival. The location was superb, with a large Tesco nearby, and it was within walking distance to everything in this city.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. The location was perfect, within walking distance of the town centre and close to the main street market. The staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly, providing us with a map of the area and great recommendations for places to eat, drink, and visit. We also appreciated the convenience of having a Tesco and Lidl right nearby.

The hotel has excellent cleanliness and offers great hotel facilities, including a microwave and fridge in the rooms, as well as plates and cutlery. The location is ideal, situated between Warwick and Royal Leamington Spa, with a pub opposite and a supermarket nearby. It is also conveniently close to general amenities, making it a good place to stay when working in the area.
