We had a fantastic stay! The hotel's location is near perfect, right in the center of this vibrant city. We could easily walk to Chinatown, Piccadilly, and various landmarks within just 10 minutes. The hotel's cleanliness was impeccable, and the facilities were top-notch. The staff were extremely friendly, providing fast check-in and check-out services. The breakfast offered was delicious, and the bed in our room was very comfortable. Plus, with two metro stations nearby, transportation was a breeze.
Nothing I didn't like to be fair.
The location of this hotel is absolutely perfect, right in the middle of everything. It's so convenient to be able to walk to all of the major attractions in this city. The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always going above and beyond to accommodate all of my needs. The modern design of the hotel is perfect for young couples, and the facilities such as the spa and gym are absolutely amazing.

Fabulous location in the heart of the city, very near Leicester Square. Cleanliness was excellent, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The location for theatres is amazing. We were able to easily walk to Regent St, Oxford St, Covent Garden, and Leicester Square. The staff at this hotel were lovely, really helpful, and polite. They made our stay even more enjoyable.
Hard to think of anything. The cleaning staff could have been a bit more pleasant, but overall, this hotel provided a fantastic experience.
