The best aspects of this hotel were its cleanliness, with spotless rooms and a well-maintained facility. The breakfast was also a highlight, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable about the local area, providing helpful recommendations for nearby attractions and restaurants. Additionally, the hotel's location was excellent, with easy access to public transportation and a pleasant walk into the city.

The location opposite the guest house provided easy access to Carbis Bay Beach and St Ives for walks or bus trips.

The location was perfect, just a short walk to beautiful beaches and scenic coastal paths. The staff were friendly and attentive, making my stay even more enjoyable.

The en suite, bedroom, and dining room were spotless. The breakfast menu had a good selection, and the hosts offered two sittings and accommodated preferred times when available. The location was great, close to Carbis Bay Beach and had good access to a bus and rail service into the city. The hosts, Linda and John, were exceptional.

The hotel facilities were great, with a lovely breakfast served every morning and a convenient schedule for ordering. The location in Carbis Bay was fantastic, as we were just a short walk down to the beach and had easy access to transportation, including buses and trains. The coastal path right across the road provided stunning views and led us to beautiful sandy beaches. The staff were incredibly friendly and provided us with helpful recommendations for exploring the area.
