The hotel's location is fantastic, as it is close to the seaside and just a short walk from the main street in town with its restaurants and shops. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and the facilities, including the restaurant, were top-notch. The staff were friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my stay.

As soon as I approached the hotel, I was impressed by its grandeur and the charming atmosphere it exuded. The staff were beyond great - friendly, helpful, and focused on ensuring an excellent customer experience. The hotel's cleanliness was impeccable, and I particularly loved the period features throughout the common areas and bedrooms. The location couldn't have been better - just a short walk away from the seafront, beach, and shops. Additionally, the food was absolutely amazing, making the slightly higher price well worth it.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The vibe in the main lobby area was simply enchanting, with live music and beautiful decor. It felt like I was transported back in time, where I half expected a young Princess Margaret to stroll in and order a champagne cocktail. The staff were incredibly lovely and went above and beyond to make sure my son, aged 6, felt welcome and taken care of. The location of the hotel was absolutely spectacular, with a lovely seafront area just outside the town centre.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, making me feel very welcome. The room was lovely with a great view of the gardens and sea. The breakfasts had a wide variety of choices and were delicious. The hotel facilities, including the swimming pool, were excellent. The location was also fantastic, being situated on the Esplanade and only a short walk to Ventnor town centre. I couldn't fault anything about it.

I had a fantastic stay at this charming hotel in a beautiful semi-tropical garden with magnificent views from the edge of the cliff. The location was perfect, in a quiet part of the town but only 5 minutes walk from the Esplanade. The hotel itself was clean and inviting, and the staff were helpful and polite. The breakfast was superb and really set me up for the day ahead.
