I had an incredible stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was exceptional, with proper sanitization and deep cleaning of the rooms. The hotel facilities were top-notch, including a lovely indoor pool and spa. The location on the esplanade was perfect, as it was close to the beach and provided stunning sea views. The staff, especially Sue and her team, were amazing, with friendly and efficient service. Special mention to David for flawlessly managing the hotel and showcasing the well-organized team.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the town, harbour, and Preston Sands. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with access to a pool, sauna, steam room, and gym. The staff were friendly and efficient, especially Earl in the bar and Paul at the breakfast buffet area. The room I stayed in was an executive room on the second floor, and it had a breathtaking view of the sea and Pier. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a cozy seating area and a large, comfortable double bed.

The hotel was perfectly placed on the seafront, with easy access to restaurants and shops. The staff were excellent and provided great service. The breakfast was delicious and delivered as requested. The hotel facilities, including the outside seating area and dining room, were fantastic.

The location was absolutely perfect, right in the heart of the English Riviera, with stunning views in front of the pier and access to all the entertainment of the fair. The staff, especially in the restaurant, were incredibly friendly and provided excellent service. The breakfast spread was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from.
