The hotel is conveniently located near Skegness seafront and the town center. The staff are friendly and helpful, but also give guests their space. The breakfast is delicious and there are plenty of choices. The hotel is clean and has all the necessary facilities.

On arrival, I was allowed to check in early and was upgraded to a spacious, clean, and comfortable room. The hotel was located near the city center, making it convenient to explore. The outside seating area and bar were great amenities, and the staff were friendly and helpful while also giving me privacy. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful.
