The location of this hotel was superb, just a 5-minute walk to the beach and very close to shops and entertainment. The staff were extremely polite, professional, and always willing to help out. The cleanliness of the room was satisfactory and the heating was fantastic, ensuring a cozy and warm stay throughout the night. The remote check-in process was a smart idea and the communication with the hotel representative, Karen, was pleasant. I had a comfortable and enjoyable experience at this hotel and I would definitely consider coming back in the future.

We loved everything about this hotel.
The room was spacious and comfortable, with a large double bed and beautiful views of the seafront. The hotel was very clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location couldn't have been better, right opposite the beach and the Sea Life Centre. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back again.

It was also close to the shops and local entertainments. The hotel provided ample parking space, which was a great plus. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a spacious apartment that had a double room and 2 large sofas for sleeping on. The room was heated well, which was a relief during the winter. The cleanliness of the hotel was commendable, with duvets and towels provided. I was also pleased to find that the shower had good water pressure. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making my stay even more enjoyable.

The location of this hotel is fantastic - right on the seafront and close to the main attractions. Being near the sea made it a perfect spot for a family with kids. The staff did their best to keep everything very clean.

The outside of the property is absolutely gorgeous, and the interior decor is thematic and appropriate.
The shared toilet and bathroom were so clean that you wouldn't even know they were shared. The bed was comfortable, and considering the budget-friendly price, this hotel is a steal. The hotel's location is perfect, with bus and land train stops just a three-minute walk away at Wellington Pier. It's also conveniently close to the beach and the main seafront, making it easy to walk to the shops and amusements.
There was nothing I didn't like.
