The best aspects were the cleanliness of the room, the friendly staff, and the convenient location. The room was spotless and well-designed, with everything we needed including an iron and ironing board. The bathroom had an excellent shower and was super clean. The staff deserves special mention for their warm welcome and effective problem-solving. The location was perfect, with easy access to the city centre and the Highlands. We also loved the fact that there was a pub just around the corner.

The room was stunning with beautiful decor and attention to detail. The staff, especially Mark, were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a modern bathroom featuring a rainforest shower and even a microwave and fridge for guests to use. The location was perfect, making it easy to walk around or catch buses to the city centre. Plus, there was a Marks & Spencer shop nearby for convenience. this hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of cleanliness, facilities, location, and staff.

The location was fantastic, with easy access to the city centre by bus or a short walk. I also loved having a great pub just around the corner. The hotel staff were amazing, going above and beyond to make my stay comfortable.The room was lovely and relaxing, with comfortable beds and everything being clean.The shower was a highlight, especially after a cold day in this city.
