We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The location in this city was perfect for a short stay, with a large variety of shops and restaurants in the neighborhood. The tube station was conveniently just around the corner, and the V & A museum was just a short walk away. The size of the rooms was comparable to NYC, providing ample space for comfort. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

They were always willing to help and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The location was perfect, situated in a classy and safe neighborhood with beautiful surroundings. It was within walking distance of popular attractions like the Natural History Museum and Kensington Palace. The hotel itself was beautifully decorated, impeccably clean, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. I also loved the cozy atmosphere created by the candles scattered throughout the hotel. And to top it all off, the tea served here was the best I've had in this city!
