Located in the very heart of Skegness, the 3-star Inn Place offers fast access to Skegness Pier, a 13-minute walk away. There is also parking.

This Skegness inn is placed about 80 km from Humberside airport and a 5-minute drive from such cultural venues as Church Farm Open-Air Museum. Standing 400 metres from Natureland Seal Sanctuary, the hotel is a 5-minute ride from Seacroft Golf Club.

The nearby entertainment attractions of Skegness include the arts theater "Embassy Theatre", which is about a 10-minute stroll away.

The hotel is located in a quiet residential area on the outskirts, so it's not noisy. However, it is still within walking distance of the centre, making it convenient to explore the city. Additionally, it is close to the sea, allowing easy access to the beach and providing beautiful views. The breakfast at the hotel was outstanding, offering a variety of choices with good quality products. The staff, especially Barbara, provided excellent service and made me feel welcome throughout my stay.

The host Barbara went above and beyond to make our stay perfect, providing everything we needed. The accommodation was brilliant, with our own shower and toilet. We loved having tea, coffee, and hot chocolate in the room. The breakfast choices were excellent, including a delicious fried breakfast. The hotel is located in a residential area, but still just a short walk to the beach and town. There is also a bus stop nearby for easy transportation.

The location in a lovely quiet street was perfect, as it provided a peaceful atmosphere while still being close to the beach, shopping centre, and attractions. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to transportation options, such as the bus stop and town centre, made it convenient for exploring the city.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was ideal, being close to the town centre yet still in a quiet area. It was great to be able to easily access everything Skegness has to offer. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with clean and comfortable rooms. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived.
