We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right in the centre of this city. We were able to easily access all the main attractions and it was close to everything we needed. The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating, going above and beyond to make our stay special. They even left us a complimentary bottle of wine to celebrate our engagement. The room was spacious, clean, and well equipped. We were also impressed with the hotel facilities, such as the purified water dispensers in the hallways. this hotel provided great value for its prime location and we highly recommend it.
Couldn't find any faults at all.
The hotel's location was perfect, right in the center and close to everything. It was right next to Trafalgar Square, and there were plenty of shops and attractions within walking distance. The room was clean and ready when I arrived, and despite the central location, there was no excessive noise. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was decent.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The grand entrance and the welcoming staff made us feel instantly comfortable. The room, although small, was comfortable with soft and fresh linens. The location couldn't have been better, as it was within walking distance of all the attractions we wanted to visit, including Leicester Square, Covent Garden, and the theaters. The hotel amenities were convenient, especially the complimentary laundry service for guests on longer journeys. The wifi was excellent, and there was even a business center for printing documents.

The location is perfect, right next to Trafalgar Square in the heart of everything. The hotel is clean and has great facilities. It is close to the tube for easy transportation around the city. The staff is friendly and helpful.

I had a fantastic stay in this hotel. The location was perfect, right in the centre of the city and close to major attractions, including the theatres. The hotel facilities were excellent, with unexpected in-room facilities that allowed me to cater for myself if desired. The cleanliness of the accommodation was impeccable and definitely value for money. The staff were friendly and provided great customer service, especially Delilah at the front desk who made me feel welcome. Additionally, the hotel even surprised my mum with a card, wine, and sweets for her birthday. I highly recommend this hotel.
