The best aspects of my stay were the fantastic location, the cleanliness of the hotel, and the helpfulness of the staff. The hotel was conveniently located near the centre of the city, making it easy to explore the Town Hall, restaurants, and shops. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, with spotless rooms and well-maintained facilities. The staff were friendly and accommodating, ensuring that my stay was enjoyable.

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel! The room was absolutely gorgeous, with beautiful details and it was super clean. The bed was so comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The continental breakfast, included in the rate, was excellent. We loved the selection of fresh fruit, the velvety Greek yogurt, and the freshly squeezed orange juice. The staff, particularly Martha, were very helpful, kind, and genuinely interested in ensuring a good experience for us. The hotel's location in the town center was perfect, allowing us easy access to explore the area and visit different places across various cost brackets.
Almost perfect, but we did experience a minor issue with the cleanliness. The room was a bit dusty, which could have been improved.

It was also a great base for exploring the beautiful Cotswold countryside, only a short drive away. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, with a comfortable bed and a fabulous bathroom. The staff were attentive and friendly, providing excellent service. The breakfast was perfect, offering a high quality of produce and a variety of options. this hotel provided great value for money and I would definitely stay here again.
