The hotel's central location was perfect, with easy access to all shops, restaurants, and attractions in this city. I loved being just opposite the brilliant Crannog Seafood restaurant and right next to town, making it a short walk to the Jacobite express and the local pub Ben Nevis for some really good gastro food. The staff were lovely and provided excellent service throughout my stay. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the facilities were well-maintained. The breakfast provided a nice change of choices and deviated from the traditional options.

We loved the convenient location of this hotel right in the heart of the city center on Fort William's main shopping street. Being so close to shops and restaurants made it easy for us to explore and dine out. Additionally, the hotel staff were exceptional and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. They were accommodating when my partner was ill, helping us with takeaways and taxis, and even allowing us to bring breakfast to our room. The cleanliness of the hotel was also top-notch, making us feel at ease during our stay.
