We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was comfortable, really clean, and had everything we needed. The staff were absolutely lovely, from the friendly waitstaff at breakfast to the guys behind the bar in the evening. The breakfast was excellent and the evening meals in the pub were delicious. The location was great, with easy access to Whitby and Robin Hood's Bay. The surrounding area was quiet, allowing for a good night's sleep. We also enjoyed the lovely view of the fields from our room.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel just outside the city. The location was perfect for us, with a bus right outside that took us into town. The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing us with information about the area and making us feel welcome. Our room was spacious and clean, with a lovely view of the surrounding countryside. The breakfast served by the hotel was delicious and we were well taken care of by the attentive staff.

I also had the opportunity to book for Sunday lunch, which turned out to be a great decision as it tends to get fully booked quickly by both guests and locals. The food at the hotel was delicious, and the staff were incredibly friendly. Additionally, the hotel had on-site parking, which made me feel secure about leaving my car. The location of the hotel was also perfect, situated in a quiet village just a short five-minute drive from the city center of Whitby. I highly recommend this hotel due to its cleanliness, pleasant staff, convenient parking, and ideal location.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The warm welcome from the staff was a great start, and they were incredibly knowledgeable about the area. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring both the North York Moors and the charming coastal towns. It was far enough outside of the city to be peaceful and quiet, but still close enough to easily access Whitby and its bustling pirate weekend. The cleanliness of the room was top-notch, and I had a comfortable stay. The breakfast served each morning was delicious, and the staff were friendly and attentive.
