The room was spacious and the bed was really comfortable. The hotel was spotlessly clean and the breakfast was great. The staff were friendly, polite, and efficient. The location was convenient, with easy access to buses and a short walk to the city centre and university.
Nothing all excellent.
I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel welcome right from the moment I arrived. The reception area was clean and inviting, and the lady at the front desk was warm and helpful. She explained everything about breakfast and offered assistance with getting a taxi into town. The room I stayed in, a standard double, was surprisingly large and had a bright and clean atmosphere. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was spacious. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with everything well organized and of high quality. The breakfast was delicious, with attentive staff and hot food. the best aspects were the cleanliness, friendly staff, comfortable bed, and delicious food.
Couldn’t fault anything.
We had a fantastic stay at a hotel in this city. Best aspects included outstanding breakfast cooked and presented like a restaurant. Location is central to shopping areas and close to the city centre. Staff was welcoming and helpful. Nothing, it is perfect.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Southampton. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and I was able to deposit my luggage before check-in time and store it securely for the duration of my stay. The room was spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped with a desk fan in case I needed it. I particularly enjoyed the unique and delicious dishes at the restaurant, which were also reasonably priced. The hotel's location was great, just a 20-minute walk from the city center and close to St Mary's Stadium.
Hard to think of anything negative about this hotel.
