The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, even going above and beyond to assist with finding another hotel for a friend who hadn't booked in. The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to Shepherds Bush underground station and the vibrant Notting Hill neighborhood. The hotel's facilities were excellent, including spacious rooms with a shabby chic decor that we loved. The cleanliness of the rooms was top-notch, and we appreciated the daily restocking of tea, coffee, water, and cookies.
There was nothing we didn't like.
We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were lovely and clean, with a big comfy bed and a nice size shower with toiletries provided. The staff were welcoming and friendly. The hotel is in a brilliant location, just a short walk from the Kensington Olympia station, making it easy to reach the center by bus or taxi. It is also not far from the Westfield shopping center and well within walking distance of high streets and transport links. we were impressed with the cleanliness, hotel facilities, location, and the helpfulness of the staff.
All was good.
The bedding and towels were of excellent quality, and the bed was comfortable. The shower in our room was roomy, with good water pressure and hot water. We appreciated the tea and coffee making facilities, complimentary bottled water, and cookies. The continental breakfast offered high-quality options and could be enjoyed outdoors if the weather permitted. The hotel had a lot of character, and our room was quiet, with no noise from the pub downstairs. Additionally, the hotel was close to city sites, the Notting Hill neighborhood, and Kensington shops. The staff, especially the reception and breakfast staff, were very friendly and welcoming.
