Cleanliness: The hotel was spotless, from the room to the common areas. Breakfast: The breakfast was delicious, with a good variety of options. Staff: The staff was friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome from check-in to check-out.
Not one thing.
The hotel's outdoor seating area was perfect for unwinding in the sunshine, and the bar was cozy for winter. The room's decor was contemporary and the range of lighting was impressive. The bathroom had high-quality TempleSpa products, and the overall cleanliness was spotless. The breakfast was very good, and the brownies in the bar were a lovely touch. The hotel is in a good location, especially for those visiting the University of Derby, with a pleasant walk to the campus.
Everything was fantastic.
We had a fantastic stay - faultless from start to finish. The host was friendly and super-helpful. The room was beautiful, beds super comfy, and bathroom fab. The hotel is conveniently located near the wedding venue and city centre. The breakfast was superb and there was parking available. a great experience.
There was nothing I didn't like.
