We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, right on the seafront and very close to the pier. The room we stayed in was lovely and spacious, with superb sea views. The bed was larger than king size and incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The hotel itself is clean, warm, and very large, with a bar, coffee lounge. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, providing great service throughout our stay. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious food options. Additionally, the hotel offers free parking or affordable parking permits, making it convenient for guests with cars. The hotel's proximity to the train station and the beach make it a great choice for those looking to explore the area.

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Eastbourne. The location was perfect, right opposite the pier and beach, and only a two-minute walk to the town center and theaters. The hotel offered an upgrade to a superior room with a sea view, which we gladly accepted for an extra £20. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with all the amenities we needed, including a tea/coffee station and a posh coffee machine. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and they made us feel right at home. The breakfast provided was a great choice and the cooked options were delicious. The hotel also had easy parking available for a fee of £6 per day, which was reasonable compared to other establishments in the area.
