Clean and comfortable rooms, with new bathroom fittings and good-sized TV. The hotel had good parking facilities and friendly staff. Easily accessible location, with a major supermarket, bus stops, and a train station nearby.
Not one thing.
We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely helpful and informative during check-in, making the process nice and simple. The room was clean, well-equipped, and had a lovely shower. We also appreciated the staff's help in organizing taxis for us. The food in the restaurant was delicious, with a good selection of draught lagers available. The location was convenient, with easy access to shops and great public transport links into the city center.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Birmingham. The hotel was very clean and the staff at the reception desk were friendly and helpful. The rooms were comfortable and clean, with comfortable beds for a good night's sleep. The location was great, with a large grocery store and a bus stop right under the hotel. We also appreciated the ample parking available. The downstairs pub served delicious beer, perfect for winding down after a day of exploring this city.
