I had an incredible stay at this guest house. The location was absolutely stunning, with a view of Lake Windermere just a stone's throw away. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a comfortable and clean room that had all the necessary amenities, including an ensuite bathroom with a shower. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The breakfast each morning was a highlight, with a variety of delicious options to choose from, all freshly cooked. The homemade cakes left in the room were a lovely touch. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to the pier in Bowness and its convenient location to explore the Lake District made it the perfect choice for a vacation.

We had a fantastic stay here. The hotel was very clean and comfy, which was perfect after a long day of walking. The homemade cake, especially the Orange cake, was a delightful treat. The location was central, allowing us to easily access shops, restaurants, and pubs in the city center. The staff was incredibly helpful and attentive. Every morning, we enjoyed an amazing breakfast that set us up for the day. we highly recommend this guest house.

The location was perfect, right in the centre of things and close to the beautiful Lake District. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of choices cooked to perfection. The staff was friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my stay.

The hotel facilities were top-notch, with spotlessly clean rooms and a beautifully comfortable bed. The breakfast provided was amazing, with a wide variety of options and homemade jams. The staff, Maxine and Graham, were absolutely wonderful hosts. They made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived, providing us with chocolate, champagne, and delicious homemade cake. Their attentiveness and personal touch truly made our stay special.
