I had a fantastic stay at this historic inn. The ambiance was charming and full of character, with ancient wood beams adding to the rustic decor. The room I stayed in, Room 1, was spacious and comfortable. Although there was no separate shower, the shower mixer tap over the deep bath worked well. The location was perfect, right in the center of Frome, close to St Catherine Hill, the market, and numerous cute cafes. The hotel staff were young, hospitable, and helpful. They went above and beyond to ensure that my breakfast was exceptional.

We loved the stylish and funky entrance of the hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, from the helpful lady who showed us to our room to the down-to-earth girl who served us in the evening. The food was delicious, with no faults in both dinner and breakfast. The hotel room was comfy, and we especially enjoyed the large free-standing bath. We even remarked that we have paid more for a similar room with a fridge elsewhere.
