I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The self-check-in process was a little strange at first, but it was quick and easy to get my key card with just a few clicks on the computer screen. And to my surprise, I even got a free beer for my troubles! The bar staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and they even sorted out a missing TV remote for my room right away. The location of the hotel was great - close to Queens University and just a ten minute walk from the city centre and Europa Bus Station. The bar and excellent restaurant/coffee onsite were also a major plus.

I had a great stay at this hotel for 4 nights. The bed was comfortable and the room was large. The shower was nice and powerful. The hotel is in a good location, with plenty of shops, restaurants, eateries, bars. The staff, especially Ursula at the front desk, were very friendly and helpful. I felt welcome immediately and she was a great help with everything.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The location was perfect, within a 15-minute walk of the city center and surrounded by plenty of local pubs and restaurants. The proximity to the gin bar was a definite highlight for us. We also found it very convenient to have the City Sightseeing bus stop just a two-minute walk away. The staff were incredibly helpful and provided us with lots of useful information. The breakfast served in the adjoining café/coffee bar was delicious and a great way to start the day.

The hotel had clean and spacious rooms with a large TV. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was excellent, with many cafes and restaurants nearby. The hotel was also very close to the city center and transportation options, such as the train to Botanic. Breakfast was delicious and the facilities were great.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The cleanliness was impeccable, from the lovely bedrooms to the spacious bathrooms. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and I particularly enjoyed the option of having a bath. The location on Botanic Avenue was perfect, with lots of restaurants and shops right on my doorstep. It was also a great base for exploring the city, as it was close to Queen's University, the Ulster Museum, and the city centre. Plus, being right across the road from Botanic station made transportation incredibly convenient. Lastly, the staff was friendly and attentive, making my stay even more enjoyable.
