Close to everything - this hotel is located in an excellent part of town, making it easy to access all amenities and attractions in the surrounding area. Great hosts - Nick and Caroline were friendly, accommodating, and always willing to help with recommendations for dining and sightseeing. Cleanliness - the room was spotlessly clean and well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable stay. Breakfast - the freshly cooked breakfasts offered a wide variety of options and were of high quality.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impressive, everything looked sparkling clean. The hotel facilities were great, with tea and coffee making facilities in the room and wireless internet available. The location was perfect, just across the street from the beach and a short walk from the waterfront attractions. The breakfast was delicious, made with fresh local produce and cooked to order. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing clear advice on parking and local information.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel right on the seafront. The location was perfect, with The Pier Bandstand just opposite and some fabulous restaurants across the road. The room was kept impeccably clean and the furnishings were lovely. The breakfast provided was of the highest quality, with a great selection of fresh fruit, cereals, and yogurt, as well as a delicious cooked option. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always on hand to help or provide advice on local attractions and restaurants.
