We loved the spacious room with a just-right bed and a lovely view of the harbor. The friendly and helpful staff made our stay even better. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options.
Didn't dislike anything about the property.
The staff were friendly and attentive. The location was great, right by the harbour with a large terrace and bar restaurant. The food was very good, with plenty of options for vegetarians. The hotel was clean and comfortable, with a large airy room and lovely views over the sea. The reception staff were helpful and friendly, and there was plenty of easy parking in front of the hotel.
Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.
We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The bed was very comfortable, and the shower was perfect. They even provided a toiletries menu, which was a nice touch. The breakfast was excellent, and the waiters and waitresses were very quick. The bar staff and receptionist were also efficient. The hotel had plenty of parking space, and the room was very clean. We loved that we could relax in the garden overlooking the marina, and the location near the pretty little harbour was perfect. we couldn't find anything to complain about.
Everything was spot on.
The hotel's cleanliness was superb, with clean and spacious rooms and beautiful views from the balcony. The location was perfect, nestled in a quiet cul de sac at the harbour, and also central to Sandbanks and shops. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a nice restaurant and friendly staff. Parking was a breeze, with free parking right on the doorstep.
