The parking facility was great and the hotel's location was close to everything. It was convenient to have a BP Petrol station next to the hotel, although it didn't disturb us. The cleanliness of the rooms and the hotel facilities were impressive. The staff, especially the manager Scott, were extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the local area.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel just outside Chester. The location was convenient for going into Chester, with parking available and a short drive to the nearest 'Park and Ride'. The cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional, and the facilities were great. The breakfast was delicious and reasonably priced, with options to suit everyone. The staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable with a view over the fields. The staff were friendly and helpful, even opening the front door to welcome us. The location was great for exploring the area, including Chester Zoo and Cheshire Oaks outlet.
