I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were amazing - friendly and attentive at all times. The hotel facilities were excellent, including a beautiful bar and lobby. The location was also great, as it was close to the centre, making it convenient to explore the city and visit the Bullring shopping area. Additionally, I found it easy to get around, even though I didn't know the area well. The cleanliness of the room was top-notch, with lovely white linen and huge towels. The breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety of options to choose from.

We loved the hotel's prime location, just a short 10-minute walk to the concert arena. The interior was gorgeously decorated, and the hotel had a neat, clean, and modern vibe. The staff were incredibly helpful, promptly addressing any issues with a smile. The buffet breakfast was good, and we enjoyed relaxing with a cup of tea on the restaurant terrace. Plus, the hotel had convenient parking options nearby and was within a 10-minute drive to both the Bullring shopping centre and the city's museum.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The check-in guy was fantastic, quickly sorting out any issues and even helping with parking arrangements. The room itself was spacious, clean, and had a comfortable bed. The location was perfect, within walking distance to the city center and various bars, restaurants, and activities. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout my stay.
