The location was really good for the event we were going to, and we managed to get a parking space. The staff were lovely and provided great service. The hotel facilities were impressive, with clean rooms and nice artwork throughout. We also enjoyed the breakfast, which was served in a cosy extension tent.

We had a fantastic stay! The room was clean and tidy with all the facilities we needed, including a kettle, TV, and ensuite. The bed was very comfy, ensuring a good night's sleep. The hotel's location was perfect, allowing us to easily explore the city centre on foot and enjoy the nearby coffee shops. the hotel's proximity to the Clifton Suspension Bridge provided a great opportunity to take scenic walks amidst nature. The staff were all lovely and attentive, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The hotel's location was perfect for my needs, as it was conveniently close to both the zoo and the city centre without the high prices of staying in the city centre. The cleanliness of the room and hotel facilities were top-notch, and the staff, especially Doroteya, were incredibly friendly and helpful.

The room was clean and comfortable, with a great view of the street. We felt secure during our stay. The receptionist was incredibly helpful and friendly, providing us with excellent customer service. The location was the best part of the hotel, as it was conveniently located near both Clifton and Bristol. We also enjoyed the nearby Racks bar and restaurant, which was just across the road.
