The staff, especially Anjilla on reception and Lily at breakfast, provided amazing service and made me feel welcome. The hotel facilities were clean and tidy, with all the amenities I needed including an iron and hairdryer. The location was central to many tourist attractions, including the London Eye, Westminster, and London Bridge. The hotel was also close to Borough Market, which was a great bonus.
From the moment I arrived, the cleanliness and modern facilities of the hotel impressed me. The room I was upgraded to had a lovely view of the city and a spacious bathroom with a luxurious shower. The hotel's location in the South East side of the city was ideal, as it was within walking distance of popular attractions like the Shakespeare Globe Theater and the Millenium Bridge. The staff, especially Nurun and Anjilla, were friendly and attentive, making my stay even more enjoyable.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.
The hotel's cleanliness and facilities were impressive. Its location, just around the corner from The Shard and Borough Market, made it convenient to explore the South Bank attractions. it was within easy walking distance of LDN Bridge and not far from the London Bridge Station. The breakfast provided was tasty, and the staff were friendly and helpful.
