We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, as it is central and close to a cracking real ale pub. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a football table in the reception area adding a fun touch. The cleanliness of the room was top-notch, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. We also appreciated the easy parking and the fact that the hotel is easily accessible and located near transportation, including Bristol Temple Meads. The breakfast was delicious, with plenty of options to choose from. The staff were amazing, always pleasant and helpful.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful during my stay. They made me feel welcome and were attentive to my needs. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, providing a relaxing and comfortable environment. The location of this hotel was ideal for me and my wife, as it was within walking distance to Bristol city centre and Temple Meads station. This made it convenient for us to explore the city and also travel to other destinations. Additionally, the breakfast provided at the hotel was delicious, and the staff ensured that the seating area was clean and tidy.

The hotel was within a few minutes walk from Temple Meads train station and close to the concert we were attending. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to help. The room was comfortable and clean.
