Boasting a location quite close to York Museum Botanical Gardens, this boutique style hotel features 38 rooms as well as a restaurant and storage for belongings.

The hotel features a full English breakfast daily in the restaurant. The à la carte Ivy restaurant in the accommodation offers dishes for lunch. The cellar bar is ideal for a relaxing drink. There is a restaurant serving British food nearly a 5-minute walk away.

The hotel was clean and the staff was really friendly and helpful. The location was great, close to the river and within walking distance of the city centre. The breakfast was excellent, with a delicious porridge and lovely honey. The hotel had a bar area and parking on site.

The breakfast at the hotel was very good, with a lovely dining area and attentive staff. The location was perfect, just a short walk into the city center. Despite being on a busy main road, the room was surprisingly quiet.

I loved my stay here at the hotel. The room was cozy and had everything I needed, including a record player and complimentary snacks. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly - they even offered to pick me up from the train station. The hotel bar was a great addition, and I enjoyed sipping cocktails there both nights. The location was perfect, with quick access to the train station and the center of town.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The cleanliness was outstanding, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. We loved the cozy and intimate Ivy Brassiere where we enjoyed a delicious breakfast. The location was perfect, with a Sainsbury's just 5 minutes down the road and easy access to transportation. The ambiance in the old cellars was unique and the choice of food was excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.
