The New Road London offers daily express breakfast. The à la carte Mr. White's English Chophouse restaurant focuses on British cuisine. To cater to every palate, it offers a halal menu.

The hotel was clean, and the rooms were comfortable. The staff was friendly and introduced themselves by name, which made me feel welcome. The hotel had a bar that stayed open late, offering a good selection of drinks. The location was convenient, near the tube station and surrounded by a lively neighborhood with multicultural restaurants and late-night snack options.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean and stylish, with comfortable duvets and pillows. The hotel had great facilities, including dual AC and heating in the rooms, and a nice breakfast buffet with the option to order delicious items from the menu. The location was convenient, with easy access to transportation and close to the center of this city. All was good.
The hotel had funky interior and comfortable beds. The staff were lovely and extremely helpful, especially the French young man working in the bar and restaurant area who provided great information on getting around the city. The shower/bathroom was good, and the hotel also had social rooms on each level, which was convenient if staying with a large group. Additionally, the hotel had a restaurant on site by Marco Pierre Whites, and the toiletries provided were of good quality. The large TV and the chilled music in the bar and restaurant area added to the pleasant atmosphere.
