I had a fantastic stay at this guest house. The location was perfect, within walking distance of the city centre and even Edinburgh castle. The cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional, and the facilities provided were top-notch. The staff were always ready to help with anything I needed, and their friendly nature made my stay even more enjoyable. Additionally, the hotel had convenient parking space available and was also near a bus stop, making transportation easy. And I must mention the breakfast - it had a great selection and was absolutely delicious.

The hotel was in a beautiful quiet residential area close to everything in the city. The room was clean and comfortable with high quality bedding. The breakfast had a generous amount of choices and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The hotel facilities were top-notch, including a comfortable and warm room with tea and coffee facilities. The hotel is located in a beautiful quiet residential area, but still within walking distance of the city centre and all the tourist attractions. The breakfast was superb, with a great selection of options to choose from. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. All in all, I couldn't recommend this hotel enough!
