The hotel's cleanliness was impeccable, with spotless rooms and common areas. The facilities offered everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The convenience of overnight parking for only £4 in the adjacent multi-story parking lot was a great bonus. The hotel's location, right opposite the bridge, was perfect for exploring this vibrant city. Additionally, the friendly and helpful staff made my experience even more enjoyable.
In a great spot, with plenty of bars, restaurants, and coffee shops all within walking distance. The hotel facilities were excellent, offering good parking and transportation options. The location on the Tyne Bridge provided a beautiful view. The staff were really helpful and happy to assist in whatever way they could.

I absolutely loved the location of this hotel! It was conveniently situated right across from a beautiful bridge, making for a picturesque view. Plus, it was in easy walking distance to the city centre and other attractions, which made exploring this city a breeze. The staff at this hotel were fantastic - they were friendly, helpful, and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a great restaurant, Starbucks, and bar on site. The food in the restaurant was excellent, and I thoroughly enjoyed the tea and coffee provided in my room. this hotel ticked all the boxes for cleanliness, transportation, and staff friendliness.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was excellent, right on the Quayside with a lovely view of the river and the bridges. The hotel facilities were great, with a spacious room that had blackout curtains and a nice bathroom. The staff were exceptionally friendly and served us a delicious breakfast.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and luxurious, and the bed was the most comfortable I've slept in for a while. The hotel is located right on the quayside, offering stunning views of the bridges. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, and the service was top-notch. I also enjoyed the excellent freshly cooked breakfast with a good range of continental options.
