We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The upgrade was a complete surprise, and we were delighted with the gorgeous room. It was a special treat as we had my Mum with us. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They were super efficient and readily available to answer any queries. We particularly appreciated the man who stood and opened the doors for us - a small gesture that made a big difference.

The location of the hotel couldn't be better - just a 2-minute walk from the train station. The room was clean and nicely decorated, with a comfortable bed. The bathroom was spacious, with a good water pressure in the shower. The breakfast served was tasty and satisfying. The staff were friendly and helpful.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was nice, clean, and had all the necessary amenities like a kettle, tea and coffee, and a TV. The staff were mostly nice and accommodating, checking us in early and even providing complimentary champagne for my boyfriend's birthday. The location was great, with convenient stores nearby and easy access to the train station and town center. The breakfast was lovely, with a range of options to choose from. we had a wonderful experience at this hotel.
