The location right off of Westminster Bridge was perfect. It was so convenient to have attractions like the London Eye and Covent Gardens right outside the hotel. The underground station was also very close, making it easy to explore this city. The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the pool. I felt like a pampered guest staying in such a posh hotel with a stunning view of the Thames. The staff, particularly John Francois, was amazing. They made me feel special and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was memorable. I also appreciated the early check-in and late check-out, which made my trip even more enjoyable. The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable.
Everything was spot on.
The view from the hotel room was breathtaking, with stunning sights of Big Ben, Parliament, and Westminster Abbey. The location was ideal, right on the Thames and next to the London Eye. The breakfast in the library was a must-try, offering a complete British breakfast. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with spacious and newly redecorated rooms.
Nothing I didn't like, to be fair.
I had an amazing stay! Cleanliness and hotel facilities were top-notch. Great location on the Southbank, with stunning views of key landmarks like Big Ben and Parliament. Transportation was convenient, with easy access to the National Theatre, British Film Institute, and Tate Modern. The staff was friendly and went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable.
All was perfect.
We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The breakfast was good and the service was outstanding! The staff were very accommodating, especially when we rented a wheelchair. The showers had great water pressure and were wonderful. The front desk staff were helpful and even lent us an extra plug adapter for our medical equipment. The bed, room, and bathroom were extremely comfortable.
Nothing, it is perfect.
The rooms were lovely, especially the executive room with a river view. The staff were amazing, providing my grandson with balloons, a passport book, and a teddy as a prize. The location was fantastic, within walking distance of many attractions and restaurants. The swimming pool was bright, clean, and had convenient opening hours.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.
