The location was very convenient, just a few steps away from bus stations and both under/overground train stations. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a clean and spacious room. We booked a deluxe extra room and it was worth the extra cost. The room had a table and chairs, desk, chest of drawers, and wardrobe. We were able to separate the twin beds and still had plenty of room to move around. The staff was friendly and helpful, and they promptly fixed any issues we had, such as when our TV wasn't working. The hotel was also in a great location, close to an underground station and Hyde Park, exactly where we wanted to be.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.
The location was unbeatable, with easy access to Hyde Park and the underground tube station right next door. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the friendly receptionist provided us with all the information we needed. We loved the complimentary tea, coffee, and fruit juice dispensers located in the hotel. the hotel's convenient location, cleanliness, and helpful staff made our stay memorable.
Cannot find any fault.
The location of this hotel is amazing! We were just a short walk from Lancaster tube station, and Hyde Park and Kensington Gardens were right on our doorstep. The beautiful English decor throughout the hotel added a touch of elegance, and the front desk employees were friendly and helpful. We also enjoyed the convenience of having a fridge in our room to keep our drinks cool, and the tea and coffee amenities were a nice touch.
Nothing not too like.
The location was fantastic, being very close to tube and Paddington Station, which made touring the city incredibly easy. it was conveniently located near Kensington Gardens and the Underground Station. The staff were always friendly and helpful, making the experience even more enjoyable. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. I also appreciated the comprehensive continental breakfast that was provided.
