We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, right in the city centre, close to all the shops and a short walk to the famous Albert Dock. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, with the rooms being immaculately cleaned and well-maintained. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, particularly Luke who went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. The hotel facilities were also great, with a restaurant/bar offering a delicious breakfast and enjoyable cocktails.

The hotel's location close to all amenities was fantastic - I was able to easily walk to the city center in just a few minutes. The staff were incredibly helpful and went out of their way to make my stay enjoyable. The interiors of the hotel were beautifully designed and created a pleasant ambiance. The breakfast in bed was delicious with a great variety of options on the menu.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and practical, with plenty of space for our belongings. The decor was excellent and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel is conveniently located, just minutes away from the city center and surrounded by bars and restaurants. The staff, especially Luke at reception, were amazing and always went above and beyond to assist us. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast with options like perfect poached eggs.
