Central location, convenient for everything. Clean and spacious rooms. Comfy beds and plenty of hot water. Responsive and efficient staff.
Nothing not to like.
The hotel's location is fantastic, as it is centrally situated, close to shops, restaurants, and nightlife. We found it convenient to explore the city and found trendy coffee shops and restaurants just a short walk away. The reception area and lounge were stylish and inviting, with a small business corner that was useful for recharging devices. The staff at the hotel were friendly, helpful, and quick to provide any service we requested. The rooms were generally spacious, with large windows providing fantastic views of the city. The beds were comfortable, with clean white cotton bedding.
Nothing not to like.
I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel's cleanliness and the friendly staff. The room was well-equipped with little extras like hot chocolate, biscuits, and a variety of teas and coffees. The bathroom had lovely products and fluffy white towels. The hotel's central location made it convenient for exploring the city, and the train station for a day trip to Salisbury was easily accessible.
Didn't dislike anything about the property.
The hotel's staff were very friendly and helpful, particularly the restaurant staff. The evening meal was very good and breakfast exceeded our expectations, with a wide range of options available. The hotel's location was convenient, being close to the city centre and main areas of Southampton.
