Cleanliness: Immaculate and spot-free rooms with fresh-smelling curtains and white, fluffy towels. Hotel facilities: Modern and well-decorated rooms with comfortable beds and powerful showers. Location in the City centre: Conveniently located in the heart of the city, close to shopping areas, restaurants, and Christmas markets. Staff: Friendly, polite, and helpful staff who provide great energy and excellent customer service.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always asking about my plans for the day. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city centre, with everything within walking distance. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the spacious rooms were a delight to relax in. Additionally, the hotel had convenient parking options nearby, making it easy to explore the city.

We loved the hotel's central location, just a stone's throw away from vibrant nightlife and a cash machine. On top of that, the hotel offered great value for money and made us feel safe and at ease. The room we stayed in was small but comfortable, and the shower was impressive with its powerful water pressure. The staff, especially the manager on duty, went above and beyond to assist us with the parking issue, even paying for it on our behalf. These factors combined made our stay enjoyable and hassle-free.

I had a wonderful stay here. The hotel was impeccably clean, with no dust or stains anywhere. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and full of energy. The location was excellent, close to shops and restaurants. The bed was extra comfortable and the shower was powerful. I loved the modern decor and the large TV. everything was perfect in this hotel.
