The hotel was conveniently located near both Queensway and Bayswater stations, making it easy for us to explore the city. It was also right next to Hyde Park, which was a great bonus.
No issues.
The hotel's location is excellent, with two subway stations in short walking distance. It is directly on top of the underground, making it very convenient for transportation. there are plenty of food outlets, as well as train and bus stops, nearby. The cleanliness of the hotel is top-notch, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast options offered are varied and delicious.

The hotel staff were super-helpful and friendly. The room was restful with a comfy bed. The location was fantastic, in a quiet area near Paddington station. We enjoyed walking through Kensington Gardens to Knightsbridge.
Nothing for us.
The staff were extremely polite and made us feel welcome from the second we walked in. They even went out of their way to make our stay even better by sending up a slice of cake for my partner's birthday. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. The location in a very nice posh area of this city was perfect, as it was really close to the Underground as well as bus stops. it was next to two metro stations, making it very convenient to explore this city. we were very impressed with the cleanliness, hotel facilities, and transportation options.

Good facilities, including a power shower and complimentary water. Convenient location, just a short walk from two London Tube underground stations.- Easy access to the city's attractions and the fancy shops in Knightsbridge
