The hotel had excellent cleanliness, with well-maintained facilities and ample parking. It was conveniently located near transportation options and adjacent to the entry for the bar delivery, which lasted for 30 minutes. The reception lounge provided plenty of space and fresh air for us and our dog, while the ground floor room opened up to a patio and extensive grounds. The staff, including Lee David and the lovely lady at reception, were truly friendly and showed great concern for our needs. The meal at the hotel was wonderful, and the room had a comfortable bed and a lovely view of the garden area.
Nothing all good.
The hotel had everything I needed, from comfortable beds to nice rooms. It was also surprisingly quiet, even with wedding functions taking place. The breakfast was amazing, with freshly cooked eggs made to order and delicious black pudding. The location was great, close to everything, and the facilities were excellent. The staff were the best part of my stay, always friendly and helpful. Special mention to Bill Slogan, whose cheerful face greeted me every morning. I will definitely be back when I find another deal. Thank you all!
Couldn't find any faults at all.
The hotel's cleanliness was exceptional, with the rooms being lovely and very clean. The hotel facilities were great, especially the breakfast which was excellent. The staff were amazing, with a lovely welcome from the reception staff and their efficient, well-trained service.
Couldn't stay longer.
We had a lovely stay at the hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable, with attractive decorations. The hotel itself had nice areas and a private outdoor seating area. The location was great, close to the city centre which is a large attractive area. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety. The staff were extremely helpful, going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable.
Can't fault the property in any way.
