I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were absolutely gorgeous, and although I had requested 2 twin rooms, one of them was a double. It turned out to be a huge bed that my daughter and I comfortably shared. The bathroom was beautiful, and the shower was amazing. The staff at the hotel were all friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. The location of the hotel was excellent, very close to the park and within easy reach of the city center. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the amenities provided in the room were great. The breakfast offered a great choice and was delicious.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was great, just a short walk from the city centre. I loved that it was right opposite a beautiful park, making it a lovely stroll to reach the city walls. The room was spotless and had complimentary beverages and snacks. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the AC was a lifesaver on a hot night. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options including a continental spread and a cooked-to-order main breakfast. The staff were friendly and attentive, making it an overall wonderful experience.

The hotel is in a fantastic location close to the center and only a 10-minute walk from the railway station. It is near all the good bars, right beside the lovely Grosvenor Park, and in a great location just to the East of the city walls. The cleanliness of the room and bathroom was exceptional, even better than most 4-star hotels I stay in for work. The staff were really attentive and friendly, providing excellent customer service. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of choices, and the hot breakfast was cooked to order.

We loved the hotel's location next to beautiful gardens, which made for a pleasant stroll to the city walls. The breakfast selection was fantastic, offering both continental and hot options to start our day. The staff were attentive and friendly, making us feel welcome and going above and beyond to accommodate our needs. The hotel itself was immaculate, with beautifully decorated rooms and lovely little touches that made our stay special.
