Cleanliness was excellent, with spacious rooms that were a refreshing change from cramped hotels.
The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a delightful bar and a very good restaurant.
The location was excellent, close to the city center and the train station, allowing for easy transportation.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The bed and bed linen were so comfy, and the bath and shower were absolutely fabulous. The hotel's location was great, close to the train station, shops, and excellent restaurants in the city center. The reception staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, they even upgraded my room to accommodate my temporary mobility problem and the walk-in shower was perfect. The hotel's decor was lovely, and the breakfast was beautiful with very helpful staff. the hotel was excellent, with a special entrance that made me feel like I was somewhere truly special. The bar area was lovely, and the bedroom was exceptional. The bathroom was fantastic, especially the amazing shower. And the bed.oh, the bed was so comfortable, I didn't want to leave!

I had the best night's sleep in a long time thanks to the super comfy and spacious bed. The room was beautifully decorated, and I loved the fact that it had both a bath and a shower in the spacious bathroom. The hotel staff went above and beyond when I accidentally left my jewelry behind. They promptly contacted me and returned it. The location of this hotel was perfect for exploring the Christmas market and visiting the cathedral, as it was right in the heart of the city.
Nothing that I didn't like.
