I had a great stay at this hotel! The room was clean and comfortable, although it was a bit cramped for two big men. The hotel facilities were good, and the parking was convenient. The location was perfect for accessing Alton Towers, which was only a 20-30 minute drive away. Breakfast was tasty and the staff were friendly, especially Laura who was amazing and provided excellent service during check-in and breakfast. the cleanliness, hotel facilities, parking, transportation, location for accessing Alton Towers, breakfast.
Can't think of anything negative.
Close to attractions and conveniently located next to a Harvester for meals. Good for those going to work in the area or wanting to visit local attractions. Clean rooms and hotel facilities. Friendly and helpful staff

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were very well trained, helpful, and pleasant. The cleanliness of the hotel and our room was impeccable. The breakfast was great, offering a wide variety of fresh and delicious food. Additionally, the convenient location allowed for easy access to the Alton Towers theme park, and there was ample parking available. We also enjoyed the view of the stadium and the option to have dinner at the nearby Harvester restaurant.
Nothing I didn't like to be fair.
The breakfast at this hotel was excellent, with a good range of choices available. However, I would suggest that the staff clear the dirty tables quicker, considering the quick turnaround for such a large hotel. Additionally, one member of staff stood out as a shining star among the others. The location of the hotel is excellent, with easy access to main roads for getting to Alton Towers. There is also a convenient Harvester pub on-site for a meal upon arrival. Despite being next to a road, the room was surprisingly quiet, thanks to good soundproofing. The staff were pleasant and friendly. the prices were a bit steep, but that may have been because it was half term and I should have booked sooner. The hotel also compared favorably to the nearby Premier Inn Trentham, offering a bit more space and a quieter location.
Nothing that I didn't like.
I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were very welcoming and the facilities exceeded my expectations, especially considering the affordable price. The room and facilities were clean and the staff were polite and helpful. The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of options available, including vegetarian choices upon request. I couldn't fault the staff or the breakfast.
Can't think of anything.
