We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was clean and spacious with new furnishings. The bed and pillows were super comfy, ensuring a good night's sleep. The soundproofing was excellent, as we didn't hear any noise from outside or other rooms. The hotel facilities, including the iron and board in the room, were convenient. The hot buffet breakfast was delicious and satisfying. We also found the location convenient for transportation, with the overground station and tramway to Wimbledon just a short walk away. This made it easy for us to travel to central London.
It was all superb.
The room had all the basics I needed, including a shower, towels, choice of pillow, hairdryer, and TV. The hotel's location near the main train stations and shops made it convenient for getting into London easily. The trams and the proximity of the shops were additional benefits. The breakfast provided a wide choice of options and was excellent. The staff, especially Sree and Dani, were cheerful and helpful. They printed out a route plan, lent me an iron and ironing board, printed some paperwork for me, and even allocated a parking space. Their assistance went above and beyond.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the room and facilities exceeded our expectations. The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful, especially Cynthia and Sree. The location was convenient, being within a 5-10 minute walking distance from the overground station. It was also easy to travel to the centre of London from this hotel, taking around half an hour. The breakfast buffet had a good range of food and teas, and the staff assisting were pleasant.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, which was important to me. The room was above average in terms of size and cleanliness, and the bathroom was also spacious and well-maintained. The location was convenient, with a 7/10 minute walk to the train station, providing an express train directly into London Victoria station in just 25 minutes. Additionally, there was good security as the hotel was not located on the main street and there were lots of families staying.
