I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect for tourism and photography, with Cardiff Bay just a 10-minute walk away and the city center just 20 minutes away. The staff were so friendly and welcoming, providing excellent customer service at the front desk. The room size was great, and I loved the comfortable bed. The view over the dock water was wonderful, and I appreciated the amenities provided, such as hand wash, tea, and coffee. this hotel offers clean rooms, great facilities, and a convenient location.
