This hotel had clean rooms and comfortable beds. The hotel facilities were great, especially the gym and the availability of a pool. The location was convenient, with easy access to transportation and not far from the zoo. The staff were friendly and welcoming.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff, especially Emily, were incredibly kind and friendly. They made my niece's 9th birthday extra special and went above and beyond to ensure our night was memorable. Emily's exceptional service and helpfulness made me want to stay at this hotel again. The hotel facilities were great, with a nice warm swimming pool and a good breakfast selection. The location was convenient, situated near the main ring road and opposite the P&R. The staff, including a local lady on reception, provided excellent recommendations for local taxis and great places to eat and drink in the city center.
Almost perfect, but there were a couple of minor issues. The renovations in the reception and surrounding areas were quite disruptive, especially after a long 8-hour drive.

The hotel facilities were excellent, with a fantastic restaurant that served delicious food for both dinner and breakfast. The breakfast had a wide variety of options to cater to everyone's taste. The hotel's cleanliness was top-notch, and the accessible twin room we stayed in was spacious and well-designed. The swimming pool was also a nice touch, with a lovely temperature. The hotel's location worked well for us, as it was conveniently located for my work in this city.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the main road network, making it easy to access. We also loved that there was a petrol station right next door, which was really convenient. The quality of the breakfast offered was consistently high and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, and they had excellent knowledge of the area. We were pleasantly surprised by the breakfast selection and the quality of the food. The young man serving us was lovely, welcoming, polite, and friendly. The hotel's location was perfect, being central to the zoo, the city center, and Chester Oaks. The parking facilities were convenient, and there was a tea making area in the room.
