We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was excellent, being very close to the London Olympia. After a long day at the Comic Convention, it was a relief to be so near. The hotel facilities were great, with a Costa and a restaurant on site. The buffet style breakfast was delicious, offering a variety of options. The staff were helpful and accommodating, especially towards wheelchair users like ourselves. The accessible room had a large window, providing plenty of natural light. We also appreciated the parking exemption for "blue badge" holders in the underground car park. The lifts were small but still spacious enough to accommodate a wheelchair, a "pusher", and a suitcase. In case of emergency, the hotel provided an "in case of emergency" plan and a vibrating alarm clock for deaf travelers. our room was spacious and the bed was comfy, ensuring a comfortable stay.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, being so close to the exhibition centre and train station. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. I especially want to mention one particular guy in the restaurant who was so attentive and couldn't do enough for us. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the lobby and food options were top-notch. Breakfast was absolutely delicious, a definite 10/10. I was very impressed with the cleanliness, hotel facilities, and the helpfulness of the staff.

The hotel's location was perfect for attending a function at Olympia and for exploring the nearby Kensington High Street. The breakfast offered excellent quality and a wide variety of options, and the staff serving were professional and helpful.

The staff was extremely helpful, providing us with a heater and extra blanket for our cozy and clean room. The hotel's central location was a huge plus, especially since we didn't realize how close it was to Olympia.
